What a great business model :-) First you sell a crappy mail software. As a next step you produce a tool to to restart the hanging mail software when an "Item processed ...." occurs. Since it happens so frequent now we all can purchase a tool to get notified when the monitor restarts the hanging mail tool. By the way - why does it cost so many bucks if you market it as "shareware"? Shouldnt existing customer get it as freeware until ME/MSEC work stable? LOL LOL LOL
